Shows total labor cost (gold bars, left axis) and total hours worked (green bars, right axis) broken down by your selected view. Compare who or what is costing the most at a glance. Taller gold bars = higher spend.
Cost Distribution
Shows how your total labor cost is split proportionally. Each slice represents the percentage of total spend going to that employee, project, or trade. Larger slices indicate where most of your labor dollars are going.
Budget vs Actual (Lifetime)
Compares each project's labor budget against ALL labor ever logged to it — this chart ignores the date range and filters above, so it always shows true budget consumption. Green bars are under budget; red bars have exceeded it. The gray bar is the budgeted amount. Hover a bar for % used, recent weekly burn, and the projected date the budget runs out. Only projects with a budget set are shown.
Cost Trend
Tracks your daily labor cost (gold line) and daily hours worked (green line) over time. Use this to spot spikes in spending, see if costs are accelerating on a project, or identify quiet days with low activity. A rising gold line with flat green means your blended rate is increasing.
Employee Utilization
Measures what percentage of available workdays (Mon-Fri) each employee actually logged time. 100% means they worked every weekday in the period. Green = 80%+, amber = 50-79%, red = under 50%. Low utilization may indicate bench time, absences, or employees not logging their hours.
